At Big Dog Salad, Comedy will always be our bread and butter, but sometimes you have to mix it up a little and stretch those creative muscles. So with Short Films, it gives us a chance to play with different genres, different tones and of course work with new artists both in front and behind the camera.

As a team, our experience includes attending a number of workshops and short courses (including NIDA screenwriting, NIDA film production, and AFTRS TV-writing), as well as working on feature films (such as Top End Wedding and Fracketty Frack) and major documentary projects. Our films have been nominated for several awards at the Fist Full of Films in Darwin. To date, two have been funded by Screen Territory's SPARK initiative to premiere at Darwin International Film Festival, and most have been shown at the Deckchair Cinema.
